Journeys run between real stations on the map, and your train moves along the route as the timer counts down.
Focus Shield
You choose the apps and websites that distract you. They're blocked through Apple's Screen Time API only during your session and released when it ends. Built for self-management, not parental control or monitoring.
Lock Screen and Dynamic Island
Follow your train and the countdown with Live Activities, without opening the app.
Ambient sounds
Train cabin, brown noise, rain, café murmur, a quiet library and a soft vent. Adjust or switch them mid-trip.
Goals, streaks and stats
Weekly and monthly charts, your current and longest streak, your most visited stations and how many goals you complete.
Private by design
No account needed. Your sessions, goals and statistics stay on your device.
The network
799 stations across 83 countries.
The station list is built from Wikidata and ranked by passenger numbers and Wikipedia interest, with no country quotas. Busy city areas are capped at three stations so every trip feels different.

Privacy
Your focus stays on your phone.
FocusExpress works offline-first. There's no sign-up and no server storing your sessions.
- Sessions, goals and statistics are stored locally on your device.
- Screen Time restrictions are chosen by you and lifted automatically when the session ends.
- Purchases are handled by Apple. We never see your payment details.
- Erase all of your data at any time from Settings.
